ShopKite Quarterly Update

The 2025 Q4 Gist

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year, and a warm welcome to 2026.

2025 was an eventful year, and we have a few updates to share from our adventures in the last quarter of the year.

As always, we remained active. We had the opportunity to attend the 61st Annual Congress of the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association, held in Jalingo, Taraba State, as well as the 98th Annual National Conference of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, hosted in Kano State.

Taraba State NVMA 61st Annual Congress -
October 27th - October 31st

The Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA) is one of several new groups we expanded our outreach to in order to strengthen our presence in the healthcare space. The event was a success, as we engaged with about 400 attendees and generated over 100 leads from this single event. Leading the team of agents at this event was our regional sales representative, Aaron Olaniyi, alongside other resourceful agents within the North-Central region of Nigeria.

Kano State PSN National Conference -
3rd - 8th November 2025

The second event we attended in the fourth quarter of the year was also held in the North-Central region of the country. This time, the event was led by our Head of Sales, Shina Oderinde, assisted by the regional sales representative, Aaron Olaniyi, alongside other seasoned sales agents in the region. The event recorded hundreds of attendees and yielded over 100 leads, in addition to subscription sales and purchases of our recommended devices.

ShopKite Intelligent Business Report

This is a feature that has been in development for some time now. Among the dozens of features requested by our merchants, this ranks at the top for many of them. It has been particularly challenging to build, as it requires meticulous computation of hundreds of thousands of records, carefully curated across over two dozen parameters. The goal is to provide business owners with an intelligent overview of their business performance across the lifetime of records generated using ShopKite Merchant. This feature will be paid for, starting at a minimum of ₦5,000 per store and going as high as ₦100,000, depending on the store’s record volume.

Data Analytics Update — We’ve began the process of registering as a vendor with IQVIA

Yes, you read that right. We have now been confirmed and have begun the registration process as a vendor with IQVIA as a data supplier for 2026. This was communicated by a Nigerian representative of the global firm in December 2025. The confirmation came a few weeks after we submitted sample data and gained clarity on several aspects of their data requirements. As always, we will keep you posted when the cheques hit our bank accounts.

It has been an eventful year, and we are doubling down and firing on all cylinders to close the year on a high note. While adjusting technical levers to improve app performance, we are also expanding our men-on-the-ground initiative. This includes the recent hiring of a full-time representative in FCT, Abuja, to further drive adoption of the ShopKite Merchant app across the northern region.

In addition, we are working on a brand-new version of the app, redesigned from the ground up. This update will take ShopKite Merchant to version 5.0, introducing long-awaited key features based on feedback gathered from thousands of businesses nationwide, along with major and minor bug fixes. We will continue to share updates as progress is made.

Update on
Project Lion King:

Our data clean-up is still ongoing. So far, we've processed about 30,000 records — identifying unique products, tagging duplicates, and flagging fake medications in circulation.

CSR Initiative — We are lending a helping hand to the most neglected amongst us.

We are not a mega corporation with millions to spare, but we do not need to become one before lending a helping hand where we can. This belief guided our support for TSTTVF, a small organization doing its best to provide life-changing support to some of the most neglected members of society. Giving someone a chance to become something when all hope seems lost can be one of the most powerful acts of humanity.

The initiative works with children from the slums of Makoko, giving them a shot at building meaningful lives. We supported this initiative with ₦200,000 in 2025. The support was deeply appreciated, as the organization has been active for over a decade and has helped children progress from elementary education to university graduation at no cost to them.

Providing an affordable inventory tool for small businesses is not the only way we can impact the world. Offering even a small helping hand to the most vulnerable among us can, and will, go a long way.

Finally

ShopKite’s growth is heavily enabled by ready availability of Inventory Management Devices, partly funded by our QuickFunds program. Here’s a quick breakdown of how QuickFunds works again:

1. Invest N4,875,000 to earn N200,000 per batch. - 25 devices

2. Invest N9,750,000 to earn N400,000 per batch. - 50 devices

Percentage earning is 4.1% approximately.

Interests are paid once batch devices have been sold-out. [This usually happens within a period of 30 days, sometimes a little over or a little less depending on a number of market factors]

investments can be withdrawn with a 30-day notice.

Congratulations on getting to the end. 🎉

Stay chill

The ShopKite Team.
